Workshop Refresh & More

Two women, one wearing glasses, are sitting on a leather couch with pillows, looking at and caring for a baby doll on a white changing table. They are in a room with a brick wall in the background.

Knowledge is power!

Who’s this appointment for?

A couple with light skin standing against a brick wall; the woman is pregnant and wearing an orange dress, the man is wearing a beige and white striped shirt and khaki shorts. They are looking at each other affectionately.

This is perfect for:

  • First time parent(s) who completed the postpartum and newborn workshop previously.

  • Refreshing your memory before your little ones arrival.

  • Increasing knowledge prior to delivery, to allow yourself to make informed decisions.

Why It Matters

The early days with a newborn are beautiful— but they can also be exhausting, emotional and full of questions. Taking time before your baby arrives to learn some ways to care for yourself and your little one can make all of the difference in the outcomes of your postpartum and newborn experience. Book this appointment to continue to prepare you with a foundation to work through the challenges that the newborn phase may bring you.
