Most families book around 28-36 weeks, but it’s never too early (or too late). If you’re getting close to your due date, we can still fit it in!

Yes, this one is geared towards first time parents. To introduce some postpartum and newborn education basics and prepare you for your goals in this new journey.

Yes— and they are encouraged to! This appointment is for both of you. We’ll talk about how your support person (people) can be involved and helpful during feeding, sleep routines and recovery.

This appointment is 1:1, personalized and focused on real-life/ up to date evidence based newborn care and postpartum life— not just labour. We talk about what happens after baby arrives and tailor it to your needs, goals and questions.

This appointment is 1.5-2 hours. You can chose in- home (if local), virtual or clinic- based. Depending on what’s most comfortable for you.

You’re not on your own. You’ll get a handout with key informtion and you’re welcome to reach out with quick questions or book a follow- up if you would like extra support.

Yes. As an IBCLC, feeding education is a core part of this appointment. We cover breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, and realistic expectations so you feel prepared before baby arrives.
