Feed & Flourish Bundle

  • Visit 1: Initial Feeding Assessment

    90 minutes

    Want to feel more confident in your journey OR have any feeding concerns?

    Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping or use formula, this visit includes:

    - A full feeding assessment (oral function, latch/suck, positioning, milk transfer).

    - Comfort checks for both baby and the parent.

    - Troubleshooting issues like pain, fussiness or low intake.

    - Personalized plan, resources and hands-on support.

    This is a safe space to ask questions and feel heard. Because feeding your baby should feel supported, not stressful.

  • Visit 2: Feeding Follow-Up

    45-60 minutes

    In this visit, we will:

    - Review baby’s feeding progress and growth

    - Adjust your care plan based on your evolving goals

    - Reassess latch, transfer or technique if needed

    - Support you emotionally, checking in on your physical and mental wellness

    You’ll leave with clear next steps, reassurance and continues guidance for feeding journey

  • Visit 3: Feeding Follow-Up

    45 minutes

    As feeding routines begin to settle, this final visit focuses on:

    - Reinforcing what’s working well

    - Addressing any new questions (Adjusting latch, pumping, combo feeding, bottle refusal, etc)

    - Preparing for changes ahead (growth spurts, returning to work, feeding transitions)

    - Offering closure or planning future support if desired

  • Visit 1: Newborn Care Education & Preparation

    60 minutes

    Learn practical, evidence based newborn care essentials. From diapering to soothing techniques, this appointment builds your confidence before your baby arrives, providing you with a foundation of knowledge for the early days postpartum days.

  • Visit 2: Postpartum Education for Mother & Partner

    45-60 minutes

    Prepare for the physical and emotional changes after birth. We will cover recovery, mental health, rest and how your partner or support team can best help navigate through the challenges.

  • Visit 3: Pre-Birth Feeding & Refresher Session

    60 minutes

    As your due date approaches, we will revisit your feeding goals and prepare with hands on guidance for breastfeeding, pumping or bottle-feeling. How to store milk or prepare formula. Guiding the appointment to your goals and best prepare you for success.

  • Visit 4: Newborn Feeding Assessment & Family Check In

    90 minutes

    Once baby arrives, we will talk about how delivery of your little one went. We will assess feeding and adjust your plan if needed. This can include latch observation, positioning support, pumping techniques and so much more. We will check in on your mental and physical recovery. It is a space to talk openly about how you are feeling, ask questions and receive support for both you and your baby during this early transition.

  • Visit 5: Follow-up Feeding Assessment

    45-60 minutes

    We will check on baby’s feeding progress, revise your care plan to reflect your baby’s growth and your family’s evolving needs and goals, while also always checking in with mom/support person on mental and physical wellness and providing any support or resources as needed.

  • Visit 6: Final Follow-up & Continued Support

    45 minutes

    A wrap-up appointment to address any remaining concerns, support longterm feeding goals and offer resources as you move forward with confidence.
