This appointment is a follow-up to the initial feeding assessment. It is ideal for families who want continued support on their feeding journey. Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, pumping or using a combination, we can work together to address any concerns and continue education throughout the stages on your infant’s feeding journey.

We will check in on how feeding is going since your last visit. This includes:

- Observing a feed (if applicable)

- Evaluating latch, positioning and milk transfer

- Reviewing bottle-feeding or pumping techniques

- Addressing any new or ongoing challenges

Based on your current experience, we will update your care plan to better meet your goals. This may include:

- New strategies for feeding

- Adjustments to pumping or bottle schedules

- Introducing or transitioning feeding methods

- Resources for continued support

This appointment allows space to ask questions, receive personalized education and feel confident in your feeding routine. Follow-up care is an important part of meeting your goals and feeling supported through every stage.
