Personalized Infant Feeding Education Before Baby Arrives

Feel Confident, Calm and Prepared for Breastfeeding, Bottle Feeding or Pumping.

Support from a Registered Nurse/ Certified Lactation Consultant

You’ve read the books. You’ve saved the posts. You’ve heard everyone’s opinions.

But you’re still wondering:

  • What if breast-feeding doesn’t work?

  • How will I know if my baby is getting enough?

  • Should I pump? When? How often?

  • What if we need two bottle feed?

  • What’s actually normal in those first few days?

Preparing for postpartum can feel overwhelming — especially when it comes to newborn feeding.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

This 1:1 appointment gives you personalized, evidence based lactation education before birth so you can enter postpartum feeling informed, supported and confident in your feeding decisions.
