First, bond with your baby, watch their movements and heart beat and leave with all digital photos and a keepsake printed photo/sticker. Then we will go over newborn basics, what to expect postpartum, feeding prep and so much more. This 1:1 appointment allows you to customize the appointment to meet your goals.

Whether you are in your second or third trimester, or it’s your first or even third baby. There is always information you can learn or refresh to ease your postpartum experience. Family is always welcome and actually encouraged! Remember, you are not alone!
